About us

Using the store

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from the store. You must provide accurate information and must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful activity.

Products and information

We aim to describe and photograph products accurately, but screen colours and minor production details can vary. Product availability is not guaranteed until we accept an order. We may correct obvious errors and withdraw a product before accepting an order.

Orders and contract

An order submission is an offer to buy. An automated acknowledgement does not by itself mean that we have accepted it. A contract is formed when we confirm acceptance or dispatch, subject to any mandatory law that applies. We may decline or cancel an order for reasons including unavailable stock, an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, payment failure or an unsupported delivery address. If payment has been taken for an order we cancel, we will refund the amount due.

Prices, payment and taxes

The price, delivery charge and taxes collected by us are shown at checkout before payment. You authorise the selected payment provider to charge the total shown. Cross-border duties or import charges may be collected separately as explained in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery, cancellations and returns

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy. Cancellations, returns and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms removes statutory consumer rights.

Intellectual property

The IJEROVE name, website content, original copy, graphics and branding are owned by or licensed to Intellingo Ltd. You may use the website for personal shopping but may not reproduce or commercially exploit its content without permission, except where law allows.

Third-party services

The store uses third-party services for ecommerce, payments, fulfilment, analytics and delivery. Their separate terms may apply to your use of those services. Links to external websites are provided for convenience; we do not control their content.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase.

Changes

We may update these terms for future use of the store. The terms in force when your order is accepted apply to that order unless a change is required by law or you agree to it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you also keep any mandatory protections and rights to bring proceedings provided by the law of the country where you live.
